Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on providing world-class customer service. That being said, we are humans and are far from perfect, and sometimes, we make mistakes. Please contact us concerning returns. If you have received the wrong product by mistake, please contact us, and we will set things right. As always, you shouldn't have to pay for our mistakes.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. In many cases, the FDA regards these as a class A medical device, and we cannot accept returns. We will not issue refunds or offer replacements if you order the incorrect size or style. Please double-check your order to verify it is correct, and if it is not, you will need to reach out to us IMMEDIATELY by emailing us at Thomas@piddlepalz.com or calling 435-994-9122.
If you receive a faulty product, we will issue in-store credit to either replace the item or allow you to select something else.
Shipping
Most orders will ship from our warehouse north of our retail store
We strive to provide industry leading delivery times and shipments.
When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
